FAQs
Will I get access to all the lessons?
Yes. The Encounters in Colour Library will include all the lesson from this years event AND all the lessons from last year.
Why is access only for a year (not lifetime).
I find if I have a whole “lifetime” to do something, I have less motivation to actually get on and do it. A year is plenty of time to watch and rewatch the lessons. And next year we will no doubt be offering a bigger and better library for you to access if you want to.
When will I have access from/till?
Access to the library starts after the live event finished- so you will have access from 16th June 2025 (or whatever date you purchase, if later) until 16th June 2026
Are the videos downloadable?
No you will need internet access to watch the videos through this website. Some of the freebies and bonuses are downloadable however.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card (stripe) or paypal.
Can I pay in USD / other currencies?
Yes! If you pay via paypal and you are paying in a currency other than GBP, you will see the amount in your own currency. (You can also pay by credit card- your bank will use its own exchange rate.)
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this product, we are unable to offer refunds.
